During this training programme we will pay attention to the basic skills in respect of the Dutch language, but particularly to specific work-related Dutch. Work-related cultural aspects are also on the agenda. In an interview with the client held before the start of the training programme, we will take stock of the particular needs within a company, so that we can set a transparent objective. |
| The trainer will then shadow the participants for a number of mornings or afternoons in order to observe them, to get used to the language and to collect material that can be used during the training (time sheets, brochures, logbook, minutes, interview reports, etc.). |

On the basis thereof, we will develop a tailor-made training programme.
During the training we will use as many practical examples as possible, and there will be lots of role-plays. The participants can often identify with these re-enacted situations.
