During this interview, several bottlenecks and wishes come to light. The wishes of both parties will be mapped out, making the objective of the project a transparent one.
Common objectives include:
The coach will shadow the participant for a number of days at the company where he or she is employed. By talking to employers and colleagues, and particularly through observation, misconceptions and problems come to light which the coach will subsequently make the subject of discussion. During the coaching interviews, the participants will be given advice on how to avoid problems and to get more joy out of their job.
